Vision
Farmington will be recognized as a historic and progressive town with an engaged citizenry committed to the betterment of the entire community. To that end, high quality services will be provided to a diverse population living and working in a balanced blend of open space, residential housing and commercial properties supported by stable and equitable revenues.
Mission Statement for the Town Council
The Town Council shall develop policies designed to maintain and improve the quality of life for the residents of the Town of Farmington in a fiscally responsible manner, and shall identify guidelines for implementation of these policies by the Town Manager and appropriate Boards and Commissions.

Mike Clark has lived in Farmington since 1990. He was re-elected to a second term as Town Council Chairman in 2007. He recently retired from the FBI following a twenty-three year career as an FBI Supervisory Special Agent. He is currently employed as the manager of investigations and security at the World Headquarters of Otis Elevator in Farmington. He has served on the Board of Directors of the FYBL and Jaycee Courant Baseball Leagues, chaired Project Graduation on two occasions, was president of the FHS Football and Baseball Booster Clubs, and was a travel soccer coach. He earned a BA degree in English from Rowan University and an MA degree in Education from Seton Hall University. He has been married to Sue Clark for 30 years and has four children.

Mike Demicco has been a member of the Town Council since January 2006, serving on both the Elderly Tax Relief Subcommittee and the Ethics Ordinance Subcommittee. He is the Council's liaison to the Water Pollution Control Authority, and its representative to the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities. In addition, he is a member of the UCONN Health Center Committee and the Stephen Flis Scholarship Committee.
Mr. Demicco is a former high school and middle school history teacher. As a stay-at-home father during his children's formative years, he has been a very active member of the East Farms P.T.O. Executive Board. In addition, he has served as a tutor in the Kindergarten Acceleration Program, and as a library volunteer. Demicco is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where he received his degree from the inter-departmental College of Social Studies (History, Economics, Government). Most recently, he worked for the Connecticut General Assembly as an assistant clerk for the Legislature's Joint Committee on Commerce. Demicco, a life-long Connecticut resident, has lived in Farmington since 1991. He and his wife Brenda have two school-age daughters.
Mark Fey

Mark Fey has been a resident of Farmington since 1958 and currently is a partner with Don Hammerberg Architects located in Farmington Village. He was an appointee on the Historic District Commission for 15 years and served on the Board of Directors of the Farmington Historical Society as well as coaching soccer and Babe Ruth baseball. While attending the University of Connecticut, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry. Mark is married to Jill Hammerberg, his wife of 35 years. They have 3 sons: Nate and Sam who are proud graduates of the Farmington Public School System, and Max who is now attending Farmington High School.
Jeffrey Hogan

Jeff Hogan has lived in town for 14 years with his wife Jennifer, son Conor and daughter Brigit. He is the New England Regional Manager for Rogers Benefit Group, a benefits marketing and consulting firm. Jeff is also the Deputy Chief of the Farmington Volunteer Fire Department and the Past President of the Winding Trails Recreation Association. He serves the Council as the liaison to the Board of Education, as the Chair of the Unionville Traffic Committee and the new vendor management review committee. He also recently chaired the town wide Strategic Planning Implementation Committee and the Insurance Review Committee.

Charlie Keniston, a Financial Advisor, has managed the Edward Jones investment office in Unionville since 1994. He earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. Charlie has been married since 1967 to his wife, Eileen, who is a tutor at West District School. They have two daughters, Debbie and Kristine, and six grandchildren.
Initially elected in 2005, Charlie initiated the Elderly Tax Relief Program, is Chairman of the Retirement Board Committee, liaison to the Veteran's Memorial Committee and the Unionville Village Improvement Association, and serves on the Flis Scholarship Committee.
Charlie is a 37-year member of the Farmington Republican Town Committee, Past-President of Northern Connecticut Toastmasters, and chaired the first Farmington Festival celebrating the Town's 350th Anniversary in 1990.
Donald Perrault, Jr.

Donald P. Perrault, Jr. has been an active volunteer in town as a past member of the Exchange Club, Little League, Boy Scouts and Habitat for Humanity. He was also a member of the Unionville Village Improvement Association (UVIA) Board, the Economic Development Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee, as well as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for ten years. Mr. Perrault has also served as a former Captain of the Tunxis Hose Volunteer Fire Department and a paramedic for the UCONN Health Center Fire Department. He is married with three children.

Bill Wadsworth, a member of the Farmington Town Council since 2000, has a number of responsibilities associated with the Town of Farmington in addition to serving as a First District representative. He has served as Chair of the Farmington High School Addition and Renovation Building Committee, Chair of the Farmington Fire Station Building Committee and as the Town Council liaison to the West Woods Upper Elementary School Building Committee. Current service includes being the Town Council liaison to the Historic District Commission, the Town Council liaison to the Town Plan and Zoning Commission and as a member of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. Service to the Town of Farmington outside of our boundaries includes representing Farmington as a member of the Capitol Region Council of Governments Legislative Action Committee and as a representative to the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities. As Chair of the Land Acquisition Committee, he has been instrumental in leading the Town Council to acquire more than 530 acres of property to hold as open space for the town.
Bill Wadsworth is the Vice president of CASLE Corporation located in Avon, Connecticut. CASLE is a design-build and development company, responsible for the construction of many industrial, commercial and educational facilities in the Farmington Valley and throughout the State of Connecticut. Some of his Farmington projects include Trumpf Inc., ebm Industries, Connecticare and Tunxis Community College. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (cum laude) with a degree in Engineering and attended the Hartford Graduate Center. He grew up in Farmington, attending Noah Wallace, West District and Irving Robbins Middle School. He graduated from St Paul High School. Bill also served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman, is a commercial and instructor rated hot air balloon pilot as well as a privately rated helicopter pilot. He has three daughters, Abigail, Sarah and Rachel as well as three grandchildren, Tabatha, Lucy and Hugh.
Over the years, Bill Wadsworth has been a member of Farmington Land Trust (land steward), the Farmington Rotary Club, the Hillstead Museum, the Stanley Whitman Museum, the Farmington Historical Society and the Zoning Board of Appeals. He was also elected to the Town Plan and Zoning Commission.
