Juvenile Remediation Program

The Fire Department, in conjunction with the Farmington Community Services Department, has established the Farmington Firehawks Program.

The Firehawks Program matches Juvenile Fire Setters with Fire Fighter Companions to provide youths with positive role models and educate them about the dangers of setting fires. Juveniles may be referred to the program by their parents or guardians, the police or fire department, the school system, or Community Services.

To make a referral, or for more information, please contact Firehawks Coordinator Mary-Ellen Harper at (860) 675-2322 or by email at HarperM@Farmington-CT.org.
